There are encounters so fertile and profound that they enter into history as for these two young men.

Jules-Louis Audemars and Edward-Auguste Piguet had more in common than their geographical origins: their ancestors had long been watchmakers as well.

Both were very talented and also wanted to manufacture under their own names complete movements and watches of the highest quality.

Successful bid: the Audemars Piguet Manufacture becomes one of the largest watchmaking companies of the time and remains today one of the jewels of Swiss watchmaking, known internationally.

The model we are interested in is a classic chic and elegant watch, a sober two hands, which is a real success in this area.

A round gold case 31 mm in diameter that can be worn by both a woman and a man. A technical feat also, since the watch is only 0.6 mm thick.

A cream dial with gold index sticks applied.

mechanical movement with manual winding.

This is a simple timepiece, with a know-how out of the ordinary, a watch dressed for your evenings.

A beautiful example of unique design of the house Audemars Piguet.
