Jules-Louis Audemars and Edouard-Auguste Piguet are two young men who have much more in common than their geographical situation: their ancestors were already watchmakers.
In 1875, just after his return to Le Brassus, Jules Audemars began making complicated movements in his parents' house.
The two men decided to join forces on December 17, 1881. They then founded Audemars Piguet & Co.
The proposed model is a sumptuous lady's watch circa 1960. A skilful blend of luxury jewelery and watchmaking. It is a round case in white gold 22 mm in diameter with bezel set with diamonds. Finely worked bracelet integrated and comfortable in white gold. Superb and rare green jade dial. Jade is a hard and sturdy stone used in ornamentation and jewelery. Two straight needles. Mechanical movement with manual winding.
