In 1884, Leon Breitling founded his studio in the Jura.

He chooses to devote himself to a domain as exclusive as it is demanding: chronographs and counters.

After his training, he made his own first chronograph.

Thanks to its quality products and its constant quest for innovation, the brand accompanies the growth of competitive sports and the automobile, but also the exploits of the pioneers of aviation.

In 1934 Breitling completed giving the chronograph its modern face by creating the second push for the reset, quickly adopted by all the competition.

The proposed model is a wrist chronograph around 1960.

It is a beautiful piece to collect.

A round steel case with push-buttons pumps and screwed bottom, a so-called "waterproof" chronograph.

A white panda dial with black counters with minutes totalizer at 3 o'clock and permanent second hand at 9 o'clock.
