Diversity was one of the strong points of Angelus, a watch factory created by the Stolz brothers in 1891.

They choose as headquarters the small town booming Du Locle, in the Jura region.

In 1914, the jury of the Swiss national exhibition, in Bern, awarded a grand prize to Angelus.

The collection then features gusset watches and wristwatch watches.

In 1942, the company made a sensation with its own wrist chronograph having the particularity of a date indicator and a numerical indication of the day of the week, the famous chrono “dato”.

The model that interests us is a sublime unique and remarkable chronograph of unequaled beauty.

A magical vintage rare and extraordinary.

It is a round steel case with pump pushers.

Beautiful black gilt dial of the most beautiful effect.
