Rare and elegant ROLEX REF.6512 “VERIFLAT”, entirely in rose gold with a round case. This vintage collector’s watch features a small seconds at six o’clock with a champagne dial and an extremely rare ROLEX pink gold bracelet.
Hans Wilsdorf did not have a happy childhood. Born on March 22, 1881, he was adopted by a well-to-do family who provided him with a quality education and training.
Little did he know that, as an adult, he would become the head of a world-famous luxury watchmaking empire. In 1905, he founded Rolex, and set out to produce top-of-the-range watches with the highest standards of reliability, precision and avant-garde design. Wilsdorf wanted to offer his customers the best possible quality, and he won his bet.
The model on offer is an extremely rare Rolex watch with reference 6512 “Veriflat”, circa 1960. Round case in pink gold, 34mm in diameter, champagne dial with baton hour-markers. Luminescent lancet hands and 6 o’clock second hand. Chronometer-certified mechanical movement. Note the exclusive and rare pink gold bracelet signed Rolex.
