Ulysse Nardin has been making watches since 1846, when it was founded in Le Locle, Switzerland.

It made its mark on the market with pocket chronometers. Ulysse Nardin supplies the Imperial Russian and Japanese navies. The first part of the 20th century is marked by a collection of awards and innovations.
